Integrated Credit and Debit Card Processing

E·Z BIS has partnered with X-Charge to offer a simplified, faster and easier way to process credit card and debit card transactions.

Now, rather than entering payment information into your E·Z BIS software and using a separate credit card terminal for processing the credit or debit card, you can complete your credit card transactions right inside of the E·Z BIS software! With this new service, you will boost your efficiency by eliminating the extra hassle of re-entering the payment information into a slow credit card terminal.

How it Works

First, enter your payment information into E·Z BIS, just as you always have.

Then, you will be prompted to swipe the patient’s credit or debit card.

You can print a patient receipt that shows the credit card authorization information and print a merchant copy or the receipt on a full-sized page or on a small receipt. That’s all there is to it!

You can even process credit and debit card transactions outside of the E·Z BIS software if needed using the included X-Charge software.

There are no extra steps needed to close your credit card batch. The closing is done automatically every day at 2:00 a.m. and the funds are deposited into your bank account in one business day.

Chances are, the fees for the new X-Charge integrated credit card and debit card processing are lower than your current rates. You will improve efficiency and save money too!

How to Get Started

To start using the new integrated credit and debit card service, simply call E·Z BIS to enroll. We’ll get you started with the sign-up process. You will need E·Z BIS Office version 7.3 or higher and an Internet connection. (broadband or dial-up)

The equipment needed for processing credit and debit cards is inexpensive and can be obtained through E·Z BIS.
