How it works

Case defaults makes it easy to apply a default set of subjective complaints, objective findings, treatments, assessments and plans of action to a new patient. Numerous sets of these items can be created for common patient conditions and accidents. When entering a new patient, simply choose from your set of pre-defined cases and then make whatever modifications are appropriate for the particular new patient—all in seconds!

From this point, Treatment Notes “remembers” the patient’s complaints, the objective findings, etcetera, that the doctor wishes to track on a daily basis. There is no need to enter this information each time, unless the patient reports new complaints, or a new course of treatment is called for. Then on each visit, just enter the current status of the patient into his or her “chart” using a numbered scale, and you’re done!

If needed, you can also include free-style customized notes for any of the categories. These notes can be classified as insurance notes, which print along with the daily trackable items, doctors' private notes and staff instructions.
